Got it all in. Had a local tank fab shop build it. Has 2 internal baffles to slow the sloshing. Pics should explain the install.

Got some CLEAN truck pics up also.

I am installing one very similiarly (sp.?) next week. Had an L shaped tank fabricated to fit between Retrax canister and tool box, and slide under the canister.

Couldn't tell from the picture how you are T'd into the stock filler hose. Could you explain, or even take another picture? I was thinking of punching through with the threaded end of a hose barb, and nutting both sides of the rubber neck on the hose barb threads; hose barb side would have hose from aux. tank.?

Do you have any problem with venting the stock tank when you are filling, or do you loosen the cap first?

Thanks in advance.

I cut 2 inches out of the rubber filler neck. I installed a 3 inch piece of 1 15/16 OD pipe with a 5/8 pipe thread nut welded to it. I used a plasma cutter and cut a hole in the pipe through the nut. I have the barbed fitting screwed into this and the hose from the valve is hooked onto the barbed fitting. I am using 1/2 ID rubber hose made for fuel. It is also steel braided like hydraulic hose.
