Banks Brake

I am thinking about getting the Banks brake and Monster exhaust. I miss the compression braking of my gas truck. Down shifting doesn't slow me down at all. Do any of guys have their brake and what do think? It is pricey but the peice of mind maybe worth it! :D

I had the Banks Monster exhaust and brake on my 01 2500HD. I have just traded for an 03 3500 and am moving the exhaust and brake to the new truck. Love the Banks brake. Makes downhill grades with my 5th wheel a breeze. And it it is really fun on mountain curves . . . take your foot off the throttle just before the curve and you have serious deceleration without wearing out your brakes.

However, I have the Allison and use tow-haul in these situations. I don't know if the Banks brake would have an identical effect with a 6-speed.
