Just a quick note. Before putting my Invinca-shield on, I had a small chip, approx 1/32" - 1/16", near front center of hood.
I bought some touch up from dealer (they call it Olympic white, not Summit...OK) and I applied it, leaving a small 'blob'.
I had bought the Langka stuff (called the "Blob Eliminator"), some time ago, but hadn't tried it yet. It doesn't take away the surrounding finish, but just seems to react with the uncured lacquer touchup.
Typically, you leave the touch up on about 45 minutes to 1 hour before treating it. It works very well, but takes multiple coats and reapplications on larger chips, closer to 1/8", for example. I have one that I treated on the edge near my left headlight, but you probably won't see it in my pics, it really does a good job.
Like anything else, follow directions and it comes out quite well.

Good luck.
