toneu cover that is flush with the top of the box?

I was talking to a guy. He said his old company truck had a vinyl toneu cover that was flush with the top of the box(fit between the rails). He said it was easy to retract. He just loosened the end then it retracted. Kind of like a window blind. Who makes these? He doesnt know. It came on the truck.
