I know this has been asked before, but, the search did'nt help much.
I have a 2004 4x4 2500 HD. I'll be replacing my stock tires soon and would like to move up a little. I'm thinking 33"x 12.50 with new rims. Can I do this without a lift? On my jeep I used, and liked, some Daystar spacers for about 2" of lift. I don't really want to spend $$$ for a couple of inches of lift(who does). Has anyone used coil spacers? any suggestions.

I would suggest going with BFG All Terrians. Either LT 295 or LT 285. I have 295, I had to trim the plastic around the wheel well. With 285, you shouldn't have to trim.
Those 2 sizes will fit without a lift, and are setup for 16" wheels.
You can upgrade your wheels as well...I went with American Racing Baja's.

I also have the 295's. I changed out my torsion keys and raised the truck 2 inches in the front. I plan to raise the rear a little also. My buddy has a z71 and he bought the new keys for his lift, then I just used his old ones on my HD. Funny how the 1/2ton z71 key will lift the 3/4ton HD almost 2 inches when installed. I still need to add shocks. The stock shock limits how much you can raise the front. Also wheel allignment.
