Dewey,

If you haven’t already try searching the forum for more info.. There are many good choices. I’ll try to give a few suggestions as follows:

Running Boards:
I have the SS J&J Millennium boards (http://www.j-jent.com/rbmilclatop.html) … They are like a nerf bar with a cover so you get the look of a the nerf bar but the protection of a running board. The J&J’s are very high quality and look nice but… they are on the high $$$ side.

Mud Flaps:
I have some Modified Huskies (http://community.webshots.com/album/72366296bnboMY) which are OK. Kaydenco are also very nice. Mdrag turned me on to www.mudflapsfortrucks.com (http://www.mudflapsfortrucks.com) . If was doing it over I would probably buy some of there large truck flaps and cut them to fit.

Oil Filters:
If you go by the specs, the new Mobil-1 M1-303 and Baldwin B1441 are good choices. I currently use the Baldwin B1441 along with an OilGuard bypass. Best prices I have found on Baldwin are at www.westfleet.com (http://www.westfleet.com) (have to call for pricing).

Fuel Filters:
Not sure if aftermarket filters for the LLY 04-05 are available yet.. For a while they were a dealer item. As far as we know the new filter is just a longer version of the LB7 filter that is made by RACOR and all brands are just relabeled RACOR’s. Concerning secondary 2 micron fuel filtering there are several popular choices with variations on each - CAT, JK-Megafilter, RACOR, and Stanadyne FM100. Do a search on “Fuel Filter” for more info. Adding a Lift Pump is another option to consider. (FWIW click on Pics in my sig for info on my setups)

Hope this helps…
