I have a 2002 2500HD shortbed and was wanting to add a flatbed. Is their anyone that has on a shortbed and which model did you go with

It depends on what you are looking for. For the most part, the pre-manufactured ones all look about the same.

You could talk to a local welder and come up with something custom or if you're handy with a welder you could put one together yourself.
