Where is the . . .

. . . horn relay on my 1984 truck? The wiring diagram in the Shop Manual suggests it is under the dash, near the cigarette lighter, but do any of you know where physically I should expect to find it in my truck?

Mine is on a short lead of wires near the upper left of the fuse panel.
