In-dash CD case holder question

My '03 has a insert with a small cubby and a bigger cubby below it. I am talking between the stereo and the cup holders on the center console.

I can get 2 cassettes in the small cubby and 3 CD's in the big cubby.

Anyone seen a aftermarket stereo accessory to replace this insert? It is an ideal spot for an insert where maybe a dozen CD's could slide in vertically.

Trace, try circuit city or best buy. That is where I got the cubby hole for a 1990 chevy when I installed a new stereo.

By the way, I see you like jeeps, I had a 1980 CJ7 w/ a400 sb chevy. I have an advanced adapters turbo 350 to dana 300,fenderwell headers, and 2 never used swamper tsl 36x14.5x15

Sorry I can't use any of the Jeep parts, mine is a AMC 360. I built it because of the quality of the oem AMC block, very high nickle content.

The AA adapter will bring you good $ on EBay, the headers may as well. The tires are too heavy to ship very far.

I have a good friend of mine that is really into Jeeps. He bought an '87 CJ7 about a year ago. It had 87,000 original miles on the I-6 and 5-speed trannie. Everything was original..the dash, seats, wheels, drivetrain, everything. The red paint was original and as shiny as it was they day it rolled off the dealer's lot. It was bought and stored in a garage until about 4 years ago then it was bought by another guy that used it in the summer, then he sold it to my buddy. He he even got the original window sticker for it. I've got to say that it's the nicest looking original CJ I've ever seen.

This may be a partial or temp solution until you find a replacement insert. Here is a link for a 4 CD case that take up the same amount of space as a single CD case:

If you can fit 3 CD cases in your cubby = 12 CD's...or there are those slim plastic single CD cases - 2 will fit in a slot. I've seen the slim single cases at Sam's.
