Could you give me the specifics on the nuts/bolts to replace the push pins on the inner fender liner. You told me at the Michigan get together but I should have written everything down. Thanks in advance.

Maybe I can help. I have heard/seen guys use 1/4-20 rivnuts with stainless bolts. Use a dap of epoxy when putting them in and your golden.. Not sure if thats his setup or not...

Thanks Eric, I think you are dead on as to what he told me to use. Where can I buy rivnuts?

Hey, JERMCK, nice meeting you at the Duramax Day. I used 1/4-20 bolts. The rivnut kit I got complete from Harborfreight Tools. Included the tool and inserts. I didn't use epoxy. You will have to drill out the pushclip holes a bit to get the inserts in - and watch that one under the coolant expansion tank!

No problem, glad to help. Go to harborfreight on the internet and search for item # 1210. Just put mine to good use installing the Kennedy Megafilter that I brought home from the Dmax Day. I'll be pulling the liner again in 1200 miles for my 75,000 mile fuel filter change.

Just went to www.harborfreight.com (http://www.harborfreight.com) to check. The kit (Item # 1210) is currently on sale for $6.49!
You can get there by searching by item number and enter 1210.
