Who has the best power upgrade

I'm thinking of getting a computer upgrade for my '99 6.5. Who has the best system for the money, and why? I've been looking at the Heath Max-E-Tork Combo, but would like to know if this is the best or not? Thanks

Programs add fuel fuel=HEAT which means engine meltdown if your not carefull. Then talk to a couple of vendors and make up your own mind or do the search you find plenty of reading.

I have a stock burb with a down pipe and air box mod.
I bought a 27' Jayco pull behind, barely got it home. Well not that bad but struggled to run 65 on near level ground.
I then bought the Heath MAx 2.0 and Turbo master.
Dude, this thing runs like a raped ape.

BUZZ What is the rated HP gain on the Heath 2.0? The Max-E-Tork combo is supposed to give 65hp + 140tq.
