Tire size, Will they fit?

I have a 97 4x4 6.5. She's got some nice rubber under her. 305/70-16's. I did tweek the front bars to get she to sit level. I have to trim the inside of the fenders just a bit.

I just orded a 04 2500HD 4X4, D/A. Will my tries fit?? I want to swap them.

They will fit but they will likely rub a little. My 285's rub while backing up and turning. And the wheels are actually too narrow but they will fit.

Depends a lot on the backspacing. My H2's and 315's fit with some work. They are 5.5" BS.
