Well I have had my truck for 3 months now and have had the XM radio hooked up since day one. But for some reason it had never occurred to me, until tonight, that I was able to set the presets for the XM bands. I have been spinning that dial around to all my stations I like. I do like the wheel features. I can scan pre-sets, seek and scan all without releasing the wheel. :D I guess it's time to get the wife a .... well I won't say it but it starts out with a D and looks just like the Yukon XL in the driveway. Every time I drive her XL I miss the "wheel" buttons. The O'le 2001 8.1 will be gone when GM makes a 4-steer with the same 8.1 motor or a Diesel. ;)

Did you see that you can have up to 12 presets for the XM?
Just in case you missed the last thread on this... Pressing the Tune-Disp button will display the Song/Whatever info. (I spend most of my drive time on 150) :D

The tune-display thing.............. when you press it and the title shows, hold the button down. You'll hear a chirp and the Artist or title will always be displayed, every channel.
