New extendable mirrors from Cipa

Talked to guy at rpminnovations about mirrors for 03, he said sit tight Cipa is coming out with after market replacement extendable heated power mirrors for GM trucks that resemble Ford split glass over and under type. Bad part is they won't be available for 6 months! He also said Lucerix has discontinued the x-mount mirrors. Was wondering if anyone else heard same info???

P.S. also said new mirrors to be $50.00 cheaper!

Yes, I knew Lucerix has discontinued their mirrors, because I have a damaged passenger mirror and wanted to get it replaced. The tech told me they no longer make that mirror. I did find a company Bestop at jeep4x4center.com/bestop/extended_towing_mirrors.htm that is the same mirror if anyone is looking.

I am considering going to the ttt mirrors instead.

Cipa and Bestop continue to sell these mirrors. Lucerix quit them some time ago. I've been with Cipa, and relatively trouble free ever since! I even referred a Lucerix owner to Cipa for warranty assistance. I don't miss doing battle with Lucerix one bit...

I will add that the TTT mirrors are SWEET!
