Just bought and recieved a heated racor fuel filter from Greg Landuyt at Lubrication specialist. The kit looks good but there were no instructions on or where to hook up the heater. Two pink wires on the heater and some kind of relay(?) came with the kit that has a red, white, blue, yellow and black wires on it. I emailed Greg direct a number of times and more than a week ago Gregs only email said "I will draw up a simple diagram for you." Have not heard anything since. Someone Please help or I'm going to send this D@#% thing back.
Thanks,
Steve

bigsky1 red wire you don.t use . Black is your 12 volt + 20amp feed . White goes back to filter,Smaller 14 G. wires {blue and yellow } Ground one and one gets 12 volt + . Doesn;t matter which one . Took my power off fuse box under dash next to steering columb . I don"t have heated seats so I plugged into that one for my 20 amp + feed. I also put in a 25 amp inline fuse. The other + one off the 14 G wires I used one that was hot only with key on . Run filter wire down hole under drivers side floor. On the filter Ground one wire and run your white to the other. I also put a switch between the + relay wire so it can not turn on unless I want it .

bigsky1 also added a shut off valve before the inlet to the filter . Be less messy when changing the filter.
