Wow!!!

I visited my GMC garage on Friday and they gave me a GMC Duramax Diesel ball cap that is awesome....

couldn't believe it but it is true....

surprised and happy

Yep, only in Canada. No US dealer carries them. I got my Chevy one in Ft St. John BC and a fellow member in AB (or was it SK) sent me a GMC one.

That T Shirt and ballcap crap has been going on for you boys up North for over a year now. Is that Ford or Dodge country up there or what!?! :eek: :D

I haven't received my T shirt for the 2003 Duramax that I just bought yet. I did for the last 2 so I expect it will arrive in the mail direct from GMC like the last 2.

As for the ball cap, my dealer has lots of them and you can buy them from him unlike the T shirt that just comes from GMC direct.

The ball cap is very nice, even has an allison transmission insignia on the back of the cap.

Wish I had a digital camera I would put up a pic..

Nope.....that hat is gay looking.....not that theres anything wrong with that (Sienfeld) but I wouldn't buy it.

Here are pics of my GMC hat. The Chevy hat is identical except it has a silver Chevy bowtie on the bill were the GMC is.

here is the email address of the dealer I got mine from:

GMC Fernie Coal (coalvalley@gmcanada.com) this dealer is in Canada.

you could email them and find out how much they sell them for and I am sure they would sell you one and ship it. They have lots.

If they won't send you one I could get one for you and send it if you don't mind paying for the cost of the hat plus the shipping...

After spending $37,000 on the D-Max my dealer sent me 2 dozen "Ellens" cookies. Hows that for a deal!

I decided not to wear my Ellens cookies as after the first couple I found out they leave lots of crumbs in your hair.

TXDOc is from Texarkana..... you never know about those 'border' boys!

Well it sounds like our friends in Canada are willing to sell some of those great hats. I received an E-mail back today. Out of stock at the moment but more are expected next week. This may be just like the storage box so you better get one quick. There about 15 bucks now, but may be 100 or more in a month. Thanks ccds

Hey, that's not my design, I just new it existed and was trying to offer some help or a choice. It wasn't pink or anything. Maybe AK will come down and we'll take him to New Boston for the Monday night jackpot bullridings. No ambulance, no paramedics or EMTs. If there isn't a bone sticking thru the skin...then you're okay.

I am a hacker, not any level of player that anyone wants to play golf with. If I had at least 3 days a week to play, then I would be better. There is a new course here, privately owned. It is not for the faint of heart. It is a public course, but plays as very difficult. Many go out there and don't go back. Not so much for the twice a month player. It is worth playing. Out on Richmond and turn by the North Forty. If you pass it, you will run into Bringle Lake as the road ends at the boat ramp! smile.gif

Offer still stands from a year ago, anytime you can give me a couple of days notice so I can fix the schedule and I'll be glad to take you to lunch.

That hat cant posibly beat the $300 dewalt battery drill that I got from GMC (FREE) plus the T shirt.
