This set-up looks alot more robust than our factory hitchs on these trucks.

The reason I went with this system is because I was tired of feeling that old style system was just not up to the task of hauling my SS. Just hearing the old system creak every time I made a turn even after greasing everything was freaking me out. In addition in just one year I wore the two bars down and elongated the holes in the old system. The old system was a 1500lb system. The new one I believe is a 1700lb system.
