Solid color front bumper for 03 2500HD?

I like the looks of the new Silverado SS pickup. Does anyone have a painted front bumper on a 03/04 2500HD? Is there an aftermarket front bumper cover out there for the 03-04's? (I know there is one for the 2002's). Can chrome bumpers be stripped? and can the plastic grill parts be painted?

Yes plastic parts can be painted, And crome can be striped then primed and painted.

You don't have to actually strip the chrome just rough it up enough to accept the primer/paint.

Ouch!! The reason I was interested in a bumper cover was because like a stupid idiot I pushed in the stock bumper right behind the license plate. Hardly noticable bit I KNOW IT"S THERE. (I can't even remember what the reason was but I wanted to get the front end higher than the rear, so I jumped the concrete parking bumper at work. Gee, distance from parking bumper shorter than overhang on truck!) Anyway, checked with local Chev dealer, new OE bumper, $375.00!!!!

PS: Duramax was actually towed into the dealer after refusing to start. I'll start a new post if it's something other than a bad fuel filter.)
