I got my Prodigy the other day, but the wiring harness I got specifically to match up to my 03 Chevy doesn't match the connector under the dash. Am I looking at the wrong connector? Isn't it the one just to the left of the parking brake release?
If not, where is it?
TIA

It's the big junction block to the right of the park brake against the firewall. You need to remove a plastic nut and then a black cover about 8 inchs square. Then you plug it into the second hole from the left on the top. Good luck.

I believe if you take the cover off it is the second from the right on the top of the panel.
***EDIT***
Or from the left. Maybe the middle? :D

left . . . right - whatever! At least I know where to find the thing now. Thanx a bunch, guys!
So what is the connector that's just to the left of the parking brake and sits right under the ede of the dash?

That'd be the diagnostic connector... Used for hooking up a scan tool to the ECM or TCM.
Good information
Just ordered my Prodigy, should be here by this weekend.
Got it for $99.00 + $7.00 shipping

As MAX said, its a junction block with a black plastic cover with one knurled hand screw knob in the center. Take the knob off the wrestle the little plastic cover out of the way to expose the connection points.
One thing I noticed, if I remember correctly, was each connector is a different shape. Find the one that works and you will be set. smile.gif
