KEYS FOR CONSOLE

Hey Guys,
I recently bought a used 2002 2500HD and never recieved a key for my console lock.Can anyone tell me how to get keys for it? Thanks :D

I ordered a spare one from the dealer when I first bought my truck, they ordered it and suprisingly it fit. They didn't have to cut the key, they just used the number off the key.
My key says 097, same as they lockset does.
Go by the lockset number and have them order a key for you.

I had this info in my notes from a previous post:

If the customer has lost or damaged their console keys and the lock cylinder is okay, replacement keys can be obtained directly from the Hurd Corporation. To order replacement keys, dealers should call Hurd at 1-800-877-2581, extension 8895, and supply them with the three-digit code from the lock cylinder.

Key or No key at least you have on lock on your console. Us 03 owners got S****ed by the general!
