Bed steps for 3500?

I am looking for a step bar for mounting near the front sides of the bed to improve access to a toolbox. I don't want to install running board or step bars for the doors. I thought I saw a retractable step for bed access but I can't find it now.

Anyone use something like this?

Whatever you find has to mount to the frame only. The rear fenders can provide no support and if you attch anything to them the attachment points may rip out.
