door speakers

Are the door speakers in my 03 extended cab 6.5" or 6 3/4? Or will both sizes fit? I have seen listings for both.

I bought a set of Morel drivers and had a custom crossover built. 10x the quality of anything you can buy on the shelf, and really not that bad on price. I forget, but I'm thinking around $300 for all...

Crutchfield is telling me that 6 3/4" speakers fit the front doors. Will these fit or is Crutchfield full of it?

Crutchfield is very good with quality install hardware....

If you purchase from them they give you all necessary hardware for a clean install.....Adapters "if" necessary...

I have used them myself....

Which Morel drivers did you use? Who assembled the set and crossovers for you? I'd sure be interested in these! The Focal's I've been looking at are a lot more than I want to spend right now.
