View Full Version : How 'bout this bumper ?
Wanted some opinions on this HD bumper. I am going to order it on monday, prefeered to the current "plastic" bumper. this shoudl allow me to easily run 315/70R17's but I am going to try 35's with 16" rims and a few backspacing combos. My problem will likely be the rear inner fender well lining.

That one is cool looking! One of the best looking aftermarket bumpers I've seen. Like it much better then the ones with the big cattle pushers on the front.

I called the manufacture the other day and found out that the bumper weights 145 lbs and 185 lbs with the cattle guard on it. One heavy ass bumper!

Ski I have priced other bumpers between $800 and a $1600 and was wondering what the Road Armor was going to set you back? Thanks Robert
road armor is having a special they call 2 fast and 2 furious (used the bumper on a truck in the movie), it is going for $995 plus shipping (truck freight est at $250). i originally wanted to purchase back in march, then was over $1800 fully equipped (light mounts, winch housing, extra cooling cutouts). Delivered ready to paint, they do not paint it. I have compared many also, at this price I could not pass it up :D . the weight (without the tube grill guard is between 150 and 155 as quoted from the builder.

That is a nice bumper .....
This looks like it's ready for war ,of any sorts ..... Even crowd control .... Roll right over the hood without a scratch .....

Hate to have to work on that motor from the front!
Top bar swings down, out of your way. You can even take it off. ;)

I realize that, I'm talking about the whole thing. I'm usually lying on the radiator when I'm under my hood.
Little to "Mad Max" for me.
