EFI to MFI

Okay I'm interested in converting my 94 6.5 to mechanical fuel injection. I assume I would want to find a 93 model pump (DB-2?) Any ideas on best or latest models and part numbers? Anyone got one ? I know I'll need more stuff. Just looking at it before I start to put in the engine.

Anyone know where to find the "complete" article on the conversion.

Alot of people say and i've heard that the DB2-4911 fuel injection pump is the one to choose.As for the article needed,its available right here on the diesel page.If the truck has a manual tranny,things should go smoothly.With an automatic,things are a little more complicated in getting that 4L80E shifting correctly.

Check the yearly reprint volumes - you'll probably want to buy one or more of them that contain related articles. Or, do what I did: Buy them all. It's one of the best investments I've ever made.
