Question Noise at idle

Truck has 15,000 miles and I hear a squealing noise at idle I dont believe its the A/C compressor because its still there when off. I cant seem to pinpoint where the noise is comming from. I thought I had read about a problem with the idler pulley or something making noises or comming apart in the past. If so can anyone tell me what to look for Thanks for your help

You can eliminate/or place the blame on the water pump by starting the truck with no belt on. Mines done it since day one...esp on rainy days.....now Im noticing a compressor squeak upon clutch engagement. I cant get a MF'in straight forward answer from Goodyear on a belt for a Dmax 02' with a 130 amp alternator....I know the belt length its around here somewheres(2570mm????....)Ill only run Goodyear Gatorback Belts....top notch a'int no Gates POS...

Also note...Ac compressor engages on almost every setting....I never know which one....
