Well the GMC dealer fixed my a/c today by installing a smaller orfice tube & lowering the freon level to 1.5 lbs. The service writer said this was the offical fix according to GM. So far it seems to cool off alot faster than before. My a/c would get cold before but took a long time to do it. Hope this helps some other people out that have a 2003 Duramax.
