EGR QUESTION

Will the 04 Duramax have the egr on it or not. Haven't heard anybody say its part of the new engine updates or not...Also is it possible to by-pass the egr junk and make the truck run like they do now...Just wondering...Thanks in advance...

2004? Heck the 2003 GMC I looked at today had it, and a catcon too! This was in Conroe, TX.

2004 will be available as FED or CA/CT/MA/ME? or whatever, but word is 2004.5 will be all EGR/catalyst equipped...
