Does the board have, or has anyone put together a thorough comprehensive list for maintenance intervals on our trucks? Real world recommendations, not stealer recommended manintenance intervals.

Real world recommendations... There could be nearly as many opinions as there are owners...
I certainly wouldn't recommend a 15,000-mile oil drain interval as is now recommended by GM. A lot depends on how the truck is used and how long the oil should remain in the engine. If worked hard, a 5K drain interval is realistic. If used for light-duty driving, maybe a 7.5K drain interval or at least every six months.
Chassis should be greased and door hinges lubed ~ every 3K or 3 months.
Allison service is recommended every 25K for heavy-duty towing type use or 50K for light-duty.
For a new truck, change the rear diff lube after 500 towing miles or 5-10K non-towing miles. The synthetic lube can remain in place for quite some time thereafter.
