Oh no!!! DO NOT tell the Inline 6 guys that the fastest diesel truck has a Detroit V-16 in it. :D


BTW, my no kidding gut reaction to 285 mph and B-707 tires was that he was overspeeding them. I then see at the bottom of the page where he says aircraft tires are built with a 50% safety factor. I have been a USAF pilot for 20 years, and I have seen a lot of tires blow at well below their max rated speed.

I thought the fastest diesel truck was 'Shockwave' It's neither an inline or a 'V' design. It's jet powered. Burning #2 of course.

Of course, the Banks guys will never concede that. :D
