Strange noise?

I put on a bug shield on my 03 this weekend and noticed that when driving at 65 or above i have a strange tapping or poping noise on the passenger side of the windshield. I remember reading a post a while back that this happened to someone else and that it was some weather striping of some kind of seal that makes the noise due to change in the wind flow over the truck. I did a search and couldnt find it. Any help will be appreciated.

Its the rubber flats that cover the hood hinges on each side of the windshield cowl... Rtv them and you probably wont have any more trouble. At least that was the problemon a friends truck.. Hope this helped...
