Does the spa digital gauge require a standard 2" hole?
Seeing as it's from England, I figure it might be metric.

No it's standard I believe 2 1/16". In other words you can order one knowing it will fit just like a gauge made in USA.

Leave it to the US to make "2 1/16 inch" a standard size.
