Who make which fuel filter?

Ok so I think I've decided to go CAT style post OEM. I logged onto the online parts program at Ziegler Cat in MN. After I typed in my shopping list it gave me alternatives to a couple items, one of which is the filter. I cross referenced the numbers and got a Donaldson and Wix part number. Who makes the CAT filter? I'm sure they are private labeled but the prices were from $5.50 to $10.50 approx. Hey 5 bucks is 5 bucks.

While a filter may actually FIT the application, it is highly unlikely that it meets the filtration spec...
