Would it be a good or bad Idea to increase the rear tires by one size for launching? Would the system handle it, would it release, would it make the truck faster? :rolleyes:

Obviously you don't want to run different front and rear dia's and run in 4wd. It will also affect your ABS system on most vehicles.

An ideal 1/4 mile pass has you going through the traps in the top of a gear. But putting bigger dia tires on the rear will also affect your launch. Your effective RWTQ will be reduced.
