1/8 mile Track Times

My best track time from running five times was 9.37 seconds in the 1/8th mile track in Denton Texas this passed Friday night.

was your 1/8 time in four wheel or two whell drive. I was sqealing all the way down the track in 4x4.

4wd (you can't get sub 2 sec 60' times in 2wd w/o slicks)

in 2wd I can consistantly run 14.7X's but I have to launch at 1000rpm. Any more and I buzz the tires.

TN Farmer I hear ya. I don't know how the new clutch will work for shifting but if I can manage I will try to get a witness at Muncie.

best i ahve seen are some 8.7s with 1.8 60s but since i have added the pred as astack i have more performance via gtech but for some reason at the track my dunlap mud tires just dontdont hook up at all i put the stock tires back on and hopppe to get to the track this weekend for better times....jess
