Please answer four questions for me so I can get an idea what all I need...

1. What juice do you have (regular/hot)?

2. What kind of air intake are you running (stock/amsoil/afe/etc)?

3. What kind of exhaust system (stock/custom/etc)?

4. What gauges do you run (none/EGT/etc)?

Thanks!

What's the difference??????,

Ride in a Juiced truck on 60hp then 90hp see the difference, then imagine another 35hp+++ over the 90hp   .

It is a big enough difference that all I run is the L4-HOT program. ;)

If you borrow one even the stock programmming and like it just buy the HOT Juice, you will later anyway, why pay shipping to send it back for a reflash

So does the hot juice have diff settings? So if you wanted to put it on a lower hp setting or stock setting? Sorry if dumb questions. this is vary new to me. And how do you change the setting if it has them. I want one but I want to make sure it has what I want. I wish there was somebody around here that had one so I could get a chance to check it out, but I think most of you are all back east.

MAC,

You, brake stand the truck   .

Hey I saw that boost gauges can go up as high as you want, 35 psi just aint cutting it.

UUUHHH, what size is that vaccuum plug tongue.gif tongue.gif , maybe I need one of those.

GMC ;)

Seriously though, not to knock other products because I have not tried others, but the consensus is Edge is one of the best bombing boxes around if not the best.

The Edge controller is tentatively slated for July 1 availability.

I haven;'t used much over 30 psi boost myself. I've seen some 33's, but generally 31ish. I measure AFTER the intercooler though...

1. Juice 4.61 Regular run Level 4 all the time and Level 2 in Tow/Haul.
2. Amsoil 2 stage cleaner. Drain holes in bottom of box, no fender snorkle.
3. Spliced 4" Magnaflow straight through muffler into my stock pipes.
4. Isspro gauges in a dual A-pillar mount from Kennedy.

Whole setup has been great :D

Duramonster, try Redding Fuel Injection. Ask to speak to Kent...he has been very helpful..I think that the shop is off of Twin View Blvd...The shop is on the East side of the Freeway.

Thanks. I know The place. Ill go there and talk to him. Thanks alot guys. Also who makes the juice and where to buy it. One more thing, Im going to straight pipe my truck with the stock system. Is this going to work instead of a 4" system, and how loud will it be. I dont want it loud. Pros and cons.

Duramonster, you can save a few bucks by straight piping your stock exhaust...you won't be happy with it...because every time you see a large diameter exhaust system you will wish that you had one... What ever you do, Do Not cut the pipe that your catalytic converter is attached ...California smog tests for diesel pickups is just around the corner. You will need to re-install the Cat for this test. I have a Gale Banks exhaust system on my 03 D/A. I am very happy with music that it makes. If a person needed to re-install the cat on this exhaust system, it is simple and quick. One band clamp at the engine, and 4 bolts and a new gasket at the flange near the transmission cross member. The flange on the Banks system will match the flange on the Factory Cat pipe...so this means that you can leave the Cat back exhaust system on. You may also need to have the Catalytic converter in place for some types of Dealer work.. Just one more thing...Tampering with emission controls(like removing the Cat) can become very expensive if you are caught. Another consideration is if you plan to straight pipe your entire exhaust system, (you know) the Redding area gets very hot in the summer (116F). The humidity gets very low (3%), and the chance of starting a Forest fire from a hot carbon particle blown out of the exhaust pipe is increased. O-kay I'm off of my soap box...good luck..

Thats what I figured. I guess I needed to hear it. Thanks for your help. Ill have to buy a system I guess. Probably a banks. Ill talk to Redding fuel injection this week.
