Come on George, that aint fast. :D
standard cab? 2+ 60' time? Bah, Tomac is 1.7 60 time. truck only has him by .4 seconds. the weight difference accounts for that!
Boy, I wish my truck would run that fast!! I did race a STS caddy today and suprised the hell out of him... all he seen wan fuel door, at least until 80mph...
It'd be nice if he'd build the tuner I ordered for a customer back in MAY!
Eric,
I'd be pretty certain Tomac launches in 4wd which gets him a distinct traction edge. Then again, 60' times being equal, he's still faster when the weight handicap is factored...

Yup, He is launching in 4x4 John, only way to get traction..
Sounds like raced at LACR (Antelope Valley) in Southern California. Physical altitude is 2710' ASL, and the DA is often over 4000'.
With cars, you gain about 1/2 second running there. I ran there recently with a Z06 Corvette and was running 110 miles an hour through the lights. So add about 5-6 mph to those traps to get a normal ET for a low land strip.
Every .1 in the 60' gets about .15 in the big end. So I believe that truck is preeeety quick, no matter what.
Not taking sides, just an observation.
