What kind of pressure differential will there be between cylinders if you have a bad head or head gasket? I tested mine and they ranged from 320 to just over 400 with the engine cold, was expecting a more noticeable difference. My truck has been smoking white smoke bad and just trying to find out what is wrong.

White smoke? Hows your turbo?
I too am going through the same thing. My compression test was 340-400 with white smoke at start up. I have changed glow plugs and injection pump with now change. I am now in the process of changing injectors. I am curious what you find.

Orginally had white smoke at start up with rough idling for about 30 seconds but after dealer installed new PMD under warranty it is smoking all the time and exhaust smells like antifreeze. Boost seems to be normal according to gauge.

Then you must notice coolent loss,or do you.
Changing a FSD/PMD would have nothing to do with the rough running.
Water, small amounts in Cyl. will run rough as will a non working glow plug when cold untill that Cyl starts to fire. Non working glow plug in a Cyl will fire with in a few Sec.
Looks like your heading into a ISSUE.
