I've tested it out twice now, and can get 22.3 mpg.
This is a 65 mile trip, from a standstill, driving 32 miles, driving up a 1 mile driveway, stopping, driving back out, and heading home (65 miles total). There are moderate hills, I'd say a total elevation change of about 500 feet. Definately driving "nicely"... ;)
I've even checked the trucks computer against the amount of fuel used from the tank - running the tank full (with all of the foam out of the tank) and refilling again afterwards. One trip was 22.3, and one trip was 22.2.
This is, in my book, pretty darn good fuel mileage for a crew cab long bed.
Granted, twice isn't really scientific, but all of my other trips seem to come out similarly.
Now if I could only not stomp on it so much...
