Skid plate

Can anyone tell me if an 03 skidplate will fit my 01? :confused: The plate on the 03 is from a 2500HD, and I'm hoping it will match up on my 01 2500HD.

Since my '03 didn't have skids on it, I took the ones off my '02 before I traded it and picked up the '03 :D

Everything bolted right up from the '02, so I can't see why they wouldn't fit on a '01.

Will the skid plate protect the diesel fuel cooler?

Also, what does the skid plate cost?
