Perhaps I am mistaken but, I don't think that a Japnanese company can sell more than 49.9% of it's stock to an outsider. I know that the land cannot be sold. I think that has something to do being a Fedelrest (can't spell) economy? :confused: I do know that GM owned around 28% of Isuzu and bought another 20% before production of the Duramax Diesel. I wonder how it is listed, common stock or treasury stock?
