got a question for you.. how does your high idle switch work and where did you get it??

Got the switch at Radio Shack. It's a lighted switch but I never looked at the voltage when I bought it. It's 110V so it doesn't light up when activated.

But, since it's designed for 110v, it's got good contacts. It works great. Has an excellent feel.

so how does the switch work? does it idle up the truck? i do alot of idleing when loading stock and stuff i would like to have the truck idle more but dont know how to hook it up. can you help?

Basically you are installing a switch that makes a 12V connection to a pin on the ECM.

It is controlled through the cruise control.
