Okay so this is an easy one. What is the part number for the spin on filter for the Allison transmission? It is time for a change out and I don't want to have to go back to the stealer and pay the out of sight prices... :mad:

It's 29539579, $7.60 in Boise Id.You might pickup a spare magnet too for$1.77, If you drop yours it will break.

First off find your nearest Allison dealer by going to this website: http://www.vicinity.com/allisontrans/startprx.hm

You will only lose about 4-6 ounces of trans fluid plus what the filter holds.

P.S. And don't forget to clean and replace the ring magnet, which you'll find on the mounting surface of the old filter.
