BLOW OFF VALVE

I was wondering why nobody ever talks about using blow off valves on their diesels. We use them on our RX-1's to keep our impeller speeds up, and to prevent flooding on decell. What would a guy use to open the valve, since vaccum is not present in the diesel. :rolleyes:

I had heard that some Ford PSD owners are using this method to control boost pressures. Should work. smile.gif

I've messed w/em on high horse dodges set up for street use that didn't want the lag that goes along w/ spoolin' up twins or a large single. They seem to work real well and operate just like on Supras and RX-7s but use boost to control them
