Banks Bighead Wastegate

Installed the banks big head waste gate recently, I followed the instructions that were given on thedieselpage.com, and also from banks, both were very helpful. I was just wondering what some of you others with the big head waste gate were getting for boost, I went 7 turns and only got about 24, i then went up to 8 and was getting about 26, i would like to get to that 28-30 mark, how many more turns should i go?

Sounds like you're getting 2 psi per turn... Try another 1 or 2 turns. Also, remember that how much fuel you're feeding the engine has an affect on boost pressure. A BH adjusted for 26, using a fairly mild power boost will likely jump higher with more fuel.

Ease of adjustment (Big Head is less than simple) is why I developed the KD Boost Valve. It allows incremental changes without tools (latest version, PLUS it even further helps by improving boost as teh BH starts to unseat and let drive pressure slip by.
