Does it have the capabilites to correct the speedo for tire size changes? If so, I have the juice w/o attitude, Can I use someone elses attitude monitor to correct the tire size? After correcting removed the attitude and the speedo adjustment remain?

The Attitude can show you corrected speed, on the Attitude monitor. It will not correct the speedo/odo at the PCM. It will not correct your instrument panel speedo. Because of this, there will be no programming change to remain after removal.
