You could install a vacuum gage, to track fuel filter performance.
If you add a lift pump, a fuel pressure gage wouldn't be a bad thing.
Most aftermarket items, except model specific tuners, etc, are generic. Most will fit all brands. The install may be different, but gages are gages.

The supply side of the DMAX is under vacum
High pressure side max pressure is 23500psi up to 2005.
In 2006 pressure max is 26000.
The only way to safely monitor fuel pressure is through PCM data.
I have a lift psi/filter restriction gauge available as a tool. I set it up this way as the pressures in the system (ie restriction) swings around a lot under driving conditions and is best measured stationary, level, and with a specific level of fuel.
