Is it true what this eBay advertiser (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33597&item=2446470048) is saying about the Predator only being a one shot install per vehicle with no ability to deinstall and sell for use on a different truck? I understand that the Pred. can be sent back to the factory and be reprogrammed and then used on another truck. Don`t know about the cost though. You can call Diablo Sport and find out or asked Runnin with the Devil on the DP.

My understanding is that you can uninstall the program and than put in into another truck..mine uninstalls very easy...

My supplier gave me one to evaluate. Due to the lack of my time I was going to let a customer of mine try it and also an E.Z. Amp to compare the two. After reading this and looking at the directions it specifically states it is V.I.N. locked to the vehicle it is originally installed on. So to make a long story short I will evaluate it myself when I have a chance. tpitt

Funny thing is, Diablo has been EXCELLENT about dealing with any issues that I have had. I've seen VERY few hardware/software failures when loading. There have been some much needed programming updates etc, but overall, it is a decent value, ESPECIALLY the diagnostic scan tool function. This is NOT just a code reader...
