need info on '03 tow/haul

I have a friend who just purchased an '03 2500 D/A. He knows about the OD lock-out button but doesn't know how to activate tow/haul. He will be bringing the truck by tomorrow afternoon and I'd sure love to be able to show him how to work it!! ... Thanks, Jim

The Tow/Haul button is the same as the OD lockout button. Hold the button for OD lockout, tap the button for T/H. A small "trailer" light will appear on the dash near where the OD lockout light is. And obviously you can use OD lockout and T/H at the same time.

There is no order of OD-T/H or T/H-OD. You can select either one first or second. It's just a matter of how long you hold the button down. Yes, the T/H is like your '02. To get OD lockout you have to hold the button for maybe two seconds or so. Same to disengage.

I've had my T/H on, engaged the OD lockout and then disengaged the OD lockout without turning the T/H off. Just watch the dash light indicators and there isn't much more to it.
