Here it goes guys- I am getting frustrated!
These are the symptoms:
Stumble, miss under load and when cruising in the 2000 rpm range.Let off the pedal, no problem. This has been going on for 3 months with no codes. Just got a code PO251 but it clears itself after you let it set for a while. That is confusing to me, I did not know they would clear by themselfs?
Here is what I have done trying to clear this up:
New filters
New electronic wiring filter harness to pump
New fuel tank and sender- went with plastic
New lift pump- checked it, it is working
New fuel pump relay
New PMD with cooler
Sometimes this thing runs great- much better after the turbo master install. Othertimes it is frustrating. this "miss" is gettting worse, guess that is the reason the code went off but I do not understand the SES light resetting itself?
I bought the truck new in 1996. It only has 70,000 miles on it. Well taken care of!
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
