Fuel Cap

While out on the road when getting fuel at truck stops I am unable to take advantage of the large fuel nozzel the Truckers use which look like they have a 1.5" opening in them as the nozzel will not fit all the way into the fuel tank funnel. Thus you have to stand there and hold the trigger. Has anyone found or know of a way to get a new funnel which will take a large fuel nozzel like the truckers use?
